Running a small ISP means juggling modem signal data, customer records, provisioning, and billing across too many disconnected tools. I got tired of paying for fragmented vendor software designed for operators ten times my size.
The Solution
NetOps started as SNMP modem monitoring and grew into a full ISP operations platform. DOCSIS telemetry, spectrum analysis, Leaflet-based plant mapping, customer views, provisioning hooks, and asset tracking — designed around how running a cable plant actually works.
